1. Scope of Services

I create fully bespoke, hand-illustrated wedding stationery and digital experiences tailored to your story. Every project is designed from scratch — no templates are used.

Before starting the final artwork, I will share moodboards and initial sketches for your approval. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in all packages. Any major changes after approval (such as a completely new direction or significant redesign) will be quoted as additional work.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on this website are design fees only. Printing, production, and shipping are quoted separately.

• Projects under €1,600: Full payment is required upon acceptance of the proposal.

• Projects of €1,600 and above: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of files.

All payments are made in Euros (€). Bank details will be provided on the invoices.

3. Project Timeline

Work begins once I receive your deposit (or full payment for smaller projects) and your completed brief. But if you have booked me with months of advances I will start at a later agreed date.

Estimated timelines:

• Save the Date: 2–4 weeks

• Invitation Suite: 6–8 weeks

• Full packages: 8–15 weeks

• Wedding Website: 4–5 weeks

• Printing (if requested): approximately 3–4 weeks from final approval

Artistic work sometimes requires flexibility, so I will keep you updated throughout the process <3

4. Revisions

Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in every package. Revisions should stay within the approved creative direction. Significant changes outside the original brief will be quoted separately.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Once full payment is received, you have unlimited personal usage rights for your wedding (including printing, website, social media, and digital sharing).

I retain the copyright of all designs and reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio, website, and social media after your wedding (personal details such as full names and dates will be removed or anonymised).

6. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. For projects under €1,600, the full amount is non-refundable upon commencement. If a project is cancelled after the first presentation, any work already completed will be invoiced proportionally.

7. Liability

I am not responsible for printing errors made by third-party printers or for delays caused by the client (such as late feedback or missing information).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
