How does payment work?
For projects under €1,600, full payment is required to begin. For projects of €1,600 and above, a 50% deposit is required to start, and the remaining 50% is due upon final delivery. Package prices are design fees only and are fixed at the time of booking.

Who owns the artwork?
I retain the copyright of all artwork. Once the project is paid in full, you receive usage rights for your wedding, including digital sharing and the printed pieces produced for your celebration. Original working files and high-resolution source files are not included.

What is the estimated time for wedding suites?
An invitation suite usually takes 6 to 8 weeks for design. A full collection that includes Save the Date, invitation suite, and website usually takes 8 to 12 weeks. Printing then adds about 3 to 4 weeks after final approval. Starting 4 to 5 months before the wedding is the most comfortable timeline.

What is the design process?
We begin with a Discovery Call where we will discuss all scope of work, all your inspiration and anything important you want to share with me. I then share initial concepts and sketches. Once the direction is approved, I move into full illustration. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. These are for refinements such as colour, wording, or small layout adjustments. After that, I complete animation when included, prepare final files, and move into printing.

Do you handle printing?
Yes. Printing is always retained in-house, except in very few special circumstances agreed in advance. I work with a trusted print partner who ships internationally. Quotes always show the design fee and the production cost separately.

Could you work on a single design?
No. If you only need a standalone illustration rather than a wedding suite, that is quoted separately as an illustration commission. A still illustration starts at €800. An animated illustration starts at €1,250.

Are design prices fixed?
Yes. The design fee agreed in your quote is fixed. If, after a quote has been approved, you want additional designs, each new design starts at €250, depending on complexity.

What happens if I want to change the artwork direction?
Any change in artwork direction after the approved concept will be charged. Revisions included in the package are for refinements, not for a new concept or a new body of artwork.

Do you provide high-resolution files?
No. I do not provide high-resolution working files or original source files. When printing is handled in-house, I send production files directly to my print partner. You receive the digital files needed to share your Save the Date, invitation, or website, not the editable original artwork.

What is the best way to make the process a success?
Inquire early, share a clear vision, and keep feedback together in one response. Trust the approved direction, and allow enough time. The smoothest projects are the ones that start 6 to 10 months before the wedding, with feedback sent within 5 business days after each presentation.
